CHAPS Program
The Community Holiday Assistance Program (CHAP) in eastern Pender County, North Carolina, provides seasonal food boxes, grocery gift cards, and holiday gifts for families in need.
Organized by All Saints Catholic Church.
Apply, in person, at the 4C's Food Pantry during business hours.
Applications open mid-October every year.
Deadline to apply for 2026 is November 14, 2026.

Volunteers are always needed to help distribute food, gifts, turkeys, etc. during this holiday assistance program. All hands-on deck requested for December 10, 11, 12.
